Tour dates: 19 – 24 Oct 2025

Tour price: €8,880 – includes five star accommodation, company visits, meals, and inter-city travel.

Not included: Flights.

Visas: Most nationalities do not require a visa for Hong Kong or China, but participants should check their own requirements.

Proof of medical travel insurance is required.

Arrival & Transit:
Participants should plan to arrive in Hong Kong on Sunday. From there, they will make their own way to Shenzhen using in-airport ferry, rain or coach options. Clear instructions will be provided ahead of time to ensure a smooth and straightforward journey. The programme begins with a welcome dinner in Shenzhen on Sunday evening. The tour will continue through the week and conclude in Hong Kong on Friday afternoon.

This ticket allows you to pay a deposit upfront and pay the remaining balance at a later dates in instalments.

You can find the details of the payments required, and the dates these payments must be made by below in Instalment Ticket Details.

If for any reason you cannot pay the remaining balance of the ticket, an amount of your deposit may be returned at the organiser's discretion, however this will be less than your original deposit to cover Asia Insight Circle’s handling charges.

Once the payment is settled for the ticket price, your tickets will be released and issued to you.

Handling charges are paid on your first instalment, the price of these are displayed upfront when you are paying the deposit, and you are not charged any hidden fees on top of this.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, Asia Insight Circle generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through Asia Insight Circle, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
